Chasing New Horizons: My Second Running Season

As I lace up my running shoes and prepare for my second season as a runner, I can’t help but feel a sense of excitement and determination. Last season brought its share of challenges, including an unfortunate injury, but this time, I’m setting my sights higher, fueled by my passion for running and the burning desire to improve. Setting the Stage: In my inaugural season, I crossed the finish line of a 10km race in 51 minutes. It was an achievement, but I know there’s more potential within me. This season, I’m committed to pushing my limits, enhancing my race times, and breaking through the barriers that held me back. Objective 1: Speeding Up the 5K and 10K: One of my primary goals this season is to shave valuable minutes off my 5km and 10km race times. The 51 minutes I achieved in the 10km race last season is just the beginning.
